Viewing card message

My Sky Tv is showing a message that says 'Please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up' It was fine last night and I have plenty of signal

@Andymayer You could try taking the card out and wiping the chip with a soft dry cloth then re-inserting it 

or

You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
