Viewing card issues

I have a message saying please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up, I have done this and it is not working, I have rebooted the box lots, and cannot speak to anyone on the phone

I have exactly the same problem! I have called repeatedly and get cut off. Have also messaged on X. No reply so far.

i assume it's an issue after last night's'technical problems'

my mini box isn't working either.

The fact you can't speak to someone and get pushed to sort things out yourself is a joke
