Viewing card issue

I turned my sky q box off for 6 weeks now I can only access live tv not my recordings I had previously. I do not have broadband so can not do the update through the settings. I can not find a phone number to speak to anyone on the phone. Has anyone on here got knowledge of how I can do it or a phone number for sky please.

If you need to contact them it's best to persevere by phone.

@Ryangoldie afraid you will need to contact Sky to get a new card sent out. 

May I ask how you managed to lose you viewing card ?


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
