Viewing card delivery time

Ive been waiting for a replacement viewing card for 3 weeks!

No exaggeration, I've spoken to 17 advisors, all saying (take your pick)

-It's been ordered

-its not been ordered - I'll order you one

-i know nothing about is - I'll order you one

-system error

-back office problem

Repeat, repeat, repeat

 

So, here we are, no sky, no apps, no viewing card, no response.

What do we do?

 

Ive been a loyal customer for over 40 years, never missed a payment, pay £140 a month, use Sky for everything - TV, broadband, phone, mobile and ive never been treated so bad, by a company who employs people who can't understand me, ignore me and can't get a definitive answer.

 

Got a firestick now, cancell

Hi, apparently, operators 3, 6, 8 and 17 have all raised a complaint for this 🙄

Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve a complaint so by then the postman will hopefully have delivered it (on the alternate weekdays they now deliver 2nd class mail on).
