Upgraded to Sky Q Box in April 2024 and very pleased with it.
However in the past week or so the Viewing Card is becoming detacted from its slot on RHS of box. Message to "Insert card with chip facing up".
I have removed the card a couple of times, carefully cleaned it & pushed it back in.
But it doesn't click into position anymore.
It usually lasts for one evening's recordings. But same occurs next evening. So it's not holding its position.
I'd appreciate any advice on how to rectify this.
Thank you very much.

Thank you very much TimmyBGood for this.
Albeit not quite what I wanted to hear!! Regarding not possible to fix & loss (again!) of all current recordings.
Anyway thanks again for rapid reply.

Log the fault with Sky and book a swap-out: there's no option for field repair of such things.
Unfortunately you'll lose all current Recordings.
Remember to retain the card when you hand over the old hardware, and check to see if there's a separate power supply in the box.
