Viewing Card - Location

We have moved from London to the South Coast, but our local news is still 'London'.

I've been told I should have received an updated viewing card which would update our Sky Q to our current location - is this the case, and if so - how can I chase this up - seem to be going round in circles,

@DMI65  You don't need  anew viewing card if you already have a valid one, however your address location should have been updated to give your the correct region.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
