Viewing card stopped working last Saturday - new card promised 3-5 days
After 7 days no new card - another phone call, card sent 'but lost' - another card promised
Card arrived today, but stopped working aftre 5 minutes
Card number on sky box does not correspond to card number on sky account
would appear that the card I never received has been linked to my account
sky unable to change card number on account over phone - has been escalated!
might change in next 72 hours - might need card number 3!
Very frustrating
