I am afraid you can't change the channel line up which is determined by your postcode

If it is definitely wrong you can call SKY to discuss but if your postcode is designated different to what you think you may not be able to change it

BBC channels are, however, available from channel 950 onwards - BBC One London showing at 954 for me - you can set these in your favourites
