Very loud Sky Q box

We've had a replacement Sky Q box now for 24 hours and it sounds like a pneumatic drill. Does anyone else have this problem? Its very hard to watch tv especially when watching a quiet program!!

Ring them back and complain. Sounds like a dodgy refurb (at best)
