Re: VIP rewards are useless
I will be discusing it all again with them soon.
I currently pay £38 per monrth for Full Fibre 500 and have argued the new customers can get it for £31 but they refuse to allow me to.
Like i say loyalty is worthless

Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join.
If you choose to jump ship and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and if you want you'll be able to return to Sky as a new customer and gain the benefits at that time.

Re: VIP rewards are useless
It all depends on how long you've been with them and what packages and offers you've had and there's also Eligibility criteria to meet as well

Re: VIP rewards are useless
I'd just stay with sky because otherwise you would be sending stuff back and switching each time it does my head in Comming and going and having to set up new accounts and equipment each time I just say give me a decent price or I'm off they won't want to lose your custom every company is the same

Re: VIP rewards are useless
I am aware of the reasons why they use incentives but it is still grossly unfair to charge loyalty more....

Re: VIP rewards are useless
It's better?
TVs, holidays etc now replaced with muffins, pizzas, ice cream and lollipops. I have been with Sky for 16 years and enjoy it but this was a big let down. Also living in Northern Ireland, a lot of it, like cinema tickets, are not available here. It would cost me the price of 10 muffins in fuel to go and collect them

Re: VIP rewards are useless
You still get the big prizes of holidays etc the weekly treats are a new thing and are better so am able to finally get some benefit from vip must annoying not getting much benefit In Ireland which I agree with I get the use of monthly cinema tickets as I have sky cinema and I make use of the weekly treats I have had no big prizes as yet but everyone enters for the big prizes so chances of winning them are slim but never know so I'll keep trying I've had the occasional show and attraction which was great I had tickets for highland wildlife park at Kingussie and the osmonds In Aberdeen which was great
