Stop a delivery

I've a main box being delivered as my old one wouldn't connect to mini boxes 

sky said they would send as a new one , but it's working ok now don't want new one 

how do I tell sky

Do you know if it is already been sent out to you so does anything appear here:

If it does show and that it is yet to be dispatched then give them a call.

@Karl100 you will need to call Sky and seeif they can cancel the replacement box if its already been despatched (its normally sent by DPD)  then just explain to the DPD driver and refuse it.
