VIP 6 month APPLETV OFFER

I have tried all night to sign up for this and I get to the last part and it throws me out.  Is there something I am doing wrong.  When I look at Apple TV on my TV it is just offering me the 1 month trial how do I get it to recognise that Im a sky customer with the offer.?

Hi @Dorsetbride  You need to open the MY SKY App and in the VIP section click on the link for the apple TV+ offer from there?
