You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. We are mainly customers so Sky won’t automatically contact you based on your post. It depends on what you've cancelled. If you've cancelled Q, then the Sky Q box, any mini boxes, power leads and remotes. Make sure you obtain proof of posting and keep it indefinitely.

For Sky Q, you will need to return your main Sky Q box, any Sky Q mini boxes, their power leads and remote controls.
