I had been a happy customer for over 20 years and recently took advantage of a free upgrade to Sky Q. I wish I had not bothered. Since then I have had nothing but issues. The internet keeps dropping, I have an intermittent fault with having no phone line and the TV keeps dropping out momentarily, every minute. Open Reach have been out to me twice but as the fault is intermittent they cannot trace the fault. A Sky engineer came out and changed my sky box and then blamed my TV for the issue. Funny that I only have an issue with the TV when watching through the dish, when I watch through my aerial it doesn't drop out. Sky coming out again in August. Has anyone else experienced this?
