Upgrade

I got a call from sky around 4 months ago to upgrade my sky box,

I was at work and asked them to call back,they never did,

I am trying to get in touch with them now to get my upgrade but can not get intouch with a human,

Please help

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link which will lead to contact details including a phone number:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.

Any calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

For clarity, is that 'upgrading' from Sky+ to Sky Q?
