Netflix

My daughter has Netflix and while she lived her we used her Netflix account, now she's left I have added it to my sky account but every time I try to log onto Netflix it brings my daughters account up but obviously it doesn't let me watch anything as she's not signed in, it asks me to create an account but I'm worried to do that as it asks me to choose a package which I already have via sky, any advise on what to do please as I can't get through to talk to someone at sky, tia
