Upgrade to Sky Q

I was offered a free upgrade from Sky+ to SkyQ. Decided to proceed but have now been locked in "something wrong with order please call" state for 10-days or more. I have phoned and was promised install date confirmation within 24 / 48 hours but nothing! Is SkyQ worth the hassle and does anyone have any advice on how to 'unblock' my order as Sky appear to be totally non-proactive?

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

It might be slightkly late but you may, also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
