Upgrade only offers sky glass

When I try to upgrade the only selection available is Sky Glass , I'm at the end of my contract and frankly also my tether.. thinking of just cancelling

What do you currently have?

 

Sky Q, Stream and Glass are all available, it is just that Sky/Comcast would prefer a subscription not involving a satellite service.
