Upgrade my subscription to view and Missing Apps

I've just received a new Sky Q box after first was sent back due to having missing apps. After setting up this box I'm still having the same issues. I've done everything the community suggests I should to resolve this issues. I also getting a message saying that I to upgrade my subscription to view but I have all the subscription to view such channels like Netflix, Paramount plus, Discovery Plus and other such channels. Please Help!

Is your box connected to your internet? Is it through WiFi or a cable?

Internet all set up via a Wi-Fi connection.

@Tinman76 not sure if you are aware but it can take upto 24 hours for the app refresh to work usually less but can be upto 24 hours 

 

also what firmware/software version is your box on 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Seem the box is up to date! Q230.000.14.00L.
