Hi All
A problem that has persisted for a long time. I'm a Sky subscriber that used to have access to On Demand and Catch Up yet cannot access now on my Sky Q on TV yet fully accessible via the SkyGo app on iPad etc. Keeps asking for an upgrade. I have downgraded the download formats from default HD to SD but still no luck. Any ideas?

Please may I just double check that you have set your download preference to SD in this
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
and not just tried selecting SD each time
