Update

Says an update has been downloaded but it won't let me accept it and this keeps popping up so I can't watch tv

@Beverley1963  Thats not a Sky Q box message but a TV message, you'll need to use your TV remote to clear the message or action the update

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
