Up to date ??
Hi folks can someone have a look at this and tell me if we're all up to date i.e software version etc. ...sky has sent us yet another second hand scruffy skyQ box out 🙄 ...
Im glad as a VIP member of 25 years im getting looked after ... 😆

Yes. Sky Q 350 is the most recent software update.

Even the oldest (2016) Q television hardware runs the same software version as the most recent (2019)
The key difference is that the v1 main Q box supports UHD but not HDR: that's a video chipset limitation rather than software.
There are no 'new' Q boxes: the final revision was the 1TB UHD/HDR model from November 2019. After that, Sky (under Comcast ownership) switched manufacturing to Glass & Stream for release in late 2021.

The image was rejected. Sky don't allow MAC addresses on there and things like viewing card numbers which are unique to you.
