Unwanted programming

 I watched a series on My 5 yesterday.Was told it was free for 2 months then I need to pay £9:00 for it.I do not wish to subscribe to this.I pay enough money to sky as it is

My 5 is a free app as far as I am aware although CH5 is owned by Viacom who own Paramount so is it possible that later episodes are only available on Paramount +

Paramount + is free to SKY Cinema subscribers via a deal but otherwise is a subscription app like many others (& are not part of SKY itself)  -althouhg I think the P+ is less 

Alternatively was the subscription quoted for SKy Cinema ?

How do I cancel the £9:00 subscription,which I will be billed for from September.The program series we watched,I found I could watch via my fire stick.So don't want to pay for another service

What is the subscription for? My5 is a free service and the related Paramount+ service is only £6.99
