Sky mini box keeps losing connection to broadband and Sky Q box

we have recently moved and sky came to set up our sky Q box. We had no problems previously, but our sky mini box keeps losing its connection to the broadband and the sky Q Box. We do all the reset etc as told to on the sky mini box, it reconnects and after a few minutes it's gone again and we have to repeat the process, which we have no given up on. It's not a priority of ours having just moved in, but it's really annoying. Wondering if anyone has had similar and any suggestions, or is it a question for Sky? Many thanks
