Unstable connection

Tv keeps freezing and saying technical fault and when testing network it says unstable connection

@Steph34  Which system do you have as you've posted in the Sky Q satellite system. You mention TV do you actually have Glass?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
