Had my WiFi router activated today yet my WiFi to my sky q isn't working

WiFi not working to sky q box router was activated today and its saying I need a booster box

You should be able to follow the steps to reconnect your Q box to the new hub.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
