Unhelpful
So my sky box wasn't working. Called sky. Confirmed it may be the hard drive. Tried a reset over the phone. Nothing. Tried an update. Said he was going home at 9 but would hang on and call me back in 20 mins as it took about 15 mins to complete. No call obviously. Now no response from box at all. Absolutely nothing.
Thanks sky. Next time why not say update tomorrow when we will definitely be there. No problem for is but my elderly mother has lost her entertainment and struggles to read because of her age.

Hi @Shaz6125 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

It probably needs replacing as could be terminal.
Once fixed, you can ask Sky to apply a credit from the time the problem was reported.
