Unable to watch programmes on mini boxes/CRF debacle
Good evening
I have been unable to use my mini boxes since February, and have an ongoing issue, where the support I have had has been abysmal.
a message appears suggesting my account does not cover watching on the mini boxes, and after much conversation, 2 new Q boxes and a new viewing card I was told 3 days ago that a CRF was raised and it would be working today.
it is not working and I have been told on the phone they have not done the work - 'need more information'. I missed the call earlier and when calling back I have been cut off and told I need to wait again until tomorrow.
has anyone had the same issue and what was the resolution? As it stands I have no hope anyone knows what to do and cannot believe the service received.

If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

I appreciate they are not instant but it feels like they moved it to a direct service due to the shoddy service and then gone silent

Now I have spoken to Sky. Comfortably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They were of no help at all, cannot assist in any way, and I have been told it wo be sent to another team who will take another 72 hours to resolve. Is there anyone out there who understands the process and how I can do something of use?
I have simply never come across quite such a shambles of a system
