Unable to ‘watch from beginning’

Recent member to Sky and have recently noticed that we can no longer select the "watch from beginning" option and are now receiving a message that we need to upgrade our Sky account. Is this a known issue? We haven't downgraded our account at all or recd any messages to say that's the case. Thanks

Always try a box reboot to see if that clears it.  (Power off and back on again)
