Unable to watch any recordings

I can't watch any programmes I have recorded on my Sky Q box.  The message says no longer available on everything.

Have you made any changes to your subscription at all?

You have also posted this in the Sky Go forum so can you confirm on what device is this happening on so the Sky Go app or your Sky Q box ?
