I have Discovery+ in my package but TV says to upgrade package and I cannot watch

SkyQ. I've also tried to log out and back in again. I get the "Your Ready to go" screen but Tv still asks me to retry or subscribe.

Assume you have fully signed up to Discovery plus and activated your Account according to all the following instructions?

Yes, I've gone through the QR code and code number to get the "You're all set" message from Discovery but when I try to watch anything the tv message is to upgrade and retry access. Discovery is confirmed as part of my Sky Q package on MySky account.
