Unable to return equipment
I am moving house and Qbox and minibox have been packed and in storage. Hence cannot return. I intend to have sky in new home and do not want to be charged a fee for being unable to return the equipment.

@Steve38 If you completed a home move youy won't need to return them, however if you cancelled the services then regardless of you moving Sky will still want the equipment back.
Can you confirm which process you have used?
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
