Did you ask them to turn off the PPV entitlement and back on or was that beyond them?
Online there used to be a message that you wouldn't be able to record if booking online although I can't see it myself now so perhaps somethings changed? Ahh, just found it in the FAQs. "The event will only be available to record if you’ve bought via your Sky remote and have Sky+ enabled. If you’ve bought online or over the phone, then you won’t be able to record." I'm not 100% what having Sky+ enabled actually means though.

I sent a form
They replied saying they couldn't get hold of me (lie)
then proceeded to give the usual mumble, basically saying you lost your money
Tough!

Not happy
Didnt read FAQ's prior to booking , thought Id just be able to pay my money and view / record as normal.
Ive emailed a complaint but ulitimatly , ruined the whole thing as I couldnt stay awake for the 2 main events.

Don't blame you. Strange that they've removed the message online when booking. You'll still have access to the repeats BTW.

Understood but if you can get them to remove and re-enable the PPV entitlement now, then you should have no issue next time. I think their lines are only open during events?
