Trouble accessing Paramount +

I've not been able to access paramount plus since adding in sky cinema. I've spoken to 10 plus agents across the call centre including apps team and complaints with no one fixing problem or calling back when they said they would! I've reset the apps, done upgrade and even had to get a new box but nothing worked!' Please can someone help!
