When I press to select the event I get a message which says 'to purchase this event contact the event broadcaster' I've purchased boxing before without any issues - any help will be much appreciated!

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

How do you know? Have you reported it to them already?

I reported this issue last year Sky did not fix it then and still cannot fix it.

It is the same issue, I want to buy the PPV event to record it, but I am still not able to do so and Sky cannot solve the problem

Then as post 2 above by @GD1 give Sky another call and report it again. As customers like you we can't fix it for you.
