Unable to have my new box fitted as I live in a flat with communal TV facilities.
Hi,
I had a Sky engineer booked to install my new Sky box as the one I have at the moment is obsolite.
I live in a Care home and rent my own flat but the TV accessibility is communal and the engineer was refused access to the plant room to be able to install my new box.
I upgraded my package to have this new box but was unable to have it fitted can you help me ?

Hi @KenNic The only person that can help you, is the person that refused the installer access to the plant room. Once permission is granted, contact Sky again.

@KenNic Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
You will need to contact the manager of the complex or whover runs the communual system and ask them again to give Sky permission to access the equipment room.
The engineer you need from Sky would be a MDU engineer (multi dwelling Unit)
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
