Do you subscribe to the "Ultimate TV Pack"

as this is the package required for Netflix. It's the new base package but if your still on the legacy bundle then Ultimate TV won't be included

On the TV or on your Sky Q box?

If the latter, what happens when you try?

It sounds like you’re having trouble linking your Netflix account to your TV.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get connected:

Ensure Your TV is Compatible: Make sure your TV has the Netflix app available. Most smart TVs come with the Netflix app pre-installed or available in their app store.
Connect to Wi-Fi: Your TV needs to be connected to the internet to access Netflix.

Open the Netflix App: Navigate to the Netflix app on your TV. If it’s not on the main menu or home screen, you may need to search for it in the app store.

Sign In: Once you open the Netflix app, select ‘Sign In’ and enter your Netflix account details. If you’ve previously signed in with a different account, you might need to sign out first.

Troubleshooting: If you’re unable to find the Netflix app, your TV might need a system update. Check your TV’s manual or contact the manufacturer for instructions on how to update your TV.

Using a Mobile Device: If your TV supports casting, you can use your mobile device to cast Netflix to your TV. Open the Netflix app on your mobile device, sign in, and look for the cast icon to connect to your TV.

Alternative Methods: If your TV doesn’t support the Netflix app, you can use a streaming media player, game console, or connect your computer to the TV using an HDMI cable.
