I have just recently changed my Sky Q subscription, which includes returninga minibox I no longer use.
I have followed the instructions to create a returns label but it will not work.
I suppose it could be a Royal Mail issue but I enter all the deatails and press the crteate label button but nothing happens. Therte are no prompts to say any information is incorect.
And of course its impossible to get through to a person at Sky to help on the phone.
Anyone else had this?
