Unable to cancel MVMNT app

I'm trying to cancel the subscription to MVMNT. If I try through my Sky Q box I get an error that says please try again later (but been happening for days). 

If I go to subscriptions through my account on my phone, I can see the subscription but no option to cancel only options around making payments:

any ideas? 

I had the absolute worst experience phoning sky a few weeks ago about a different matter so really hoping to avoid another call!
