I have been watching Paramount Plus free on my LGtv through Sky for several months without trouble. Suddenly it has asked for my email address and password. On entering them I get the message that it doesn't recognise my email address and/or password. I have now changed my password but it still does not recognise it.
I have attempted to re-register through Sky but it says I am already registered.
