Ultra hd

I've signed up for ultra hd but it's not working, I have a ultra hd t.v and I've been on the settings and gone to picture to change resolution, the highest resolution is 1080p.

It's possible that you have an older non-UHD Sky Q box. If this is the case then you'll need to ring Sky and request a new updated box. There will probably be a charge for this and you will lose all recordings on your current box.
