Ultimate tv upgrade

I see that if we upgrade to ultimate tv we can get it free for 4 months but when I try to click on it nothing happens. I have a sky q box but is there a reason why we don't get the offer

Are you using the Offers Tab at the top of this forum  (On the Community Line)?
