I disconnected SkyQ for about a week while a room was painted. Now it won't work, the box just gets noisy but never turns on. The blue Q symbol flashes slowly. The little red light stays on. Obviously my attempts to call Sky for help have failed as they can't be bothered to take calls. Any help appreciated.
