Uk agent promised me a sky deal ,I took out contract but it was lies

Hi has anyone had this problem,I had a telephone call with a uk agent,he promised me a sky broadband,signature etc deal.i took out the contract.The agent had told me lies my deal was a lot more expensive.This is terrible after being with sky for 19 + years.i rung up sky after 5 attempts of talking to 5 agents abroad who did not help me at all.i ended up with the same price what i was originally paying.least the last operator helped in some way.

@Kazzaw1 you can make a complaint and ask them to listen to the call with the agent so they can hear what you were offered
