Uhd sky sports news

My sky sports news in uhd is displaying a test card of rainbow colours. Why? All my other uhd channels are fine and working.

I wasn't aware that Sky Sports News was available in UHD. What channel number is that?

Sorry got confused, it's sky sports news on the main event channel 401.

I turned sky q off restarted and now back up running
