UHD just wont work....

Really hoping someone can help with this because after multiple calls to sky, they can't fix it...

 

Two week ago I signed up to UHD now thar I have a nice new 4k oled, the nice bloke i spoke too signed me up to it on the phone, account says subscription is active, but whenever I try to select a UHD movie (which I'm subscribed too) it says you need a subscription, press the red button, which then takes me to a page that says I am subscribed, also says wait fours hours, it's now been two weeks.....

The 2tb sky q box, which cost an additional £100, is setup correctly, at 2160, 10bit.

No one can seem to fix this, or give me a straight answer, one operator even tried to tell me sky don't do UHD movies.

 

Any help would be appreciated before I cancel the service.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
