I suspect you're looking at dated information: Q was released in early 2016 when UHD was still new to a lot of users.

Hi @CCD

the UHD/HDR Test card is available in the same Help section  under HDR Tutorials - but just to confuse things the thumbnail I get has SDR Test Card written accross it

BUT  I think the HDR version is possibly only available to download if your box & TV are set up for HDR already - so you must be able to set 2160p 10 bit on the SKY box and have your TV set to handle HDR on the relevant HDMI port  - settings such as Deep Color (LG and/or Samsung I think), Enhanced (Sony) , HDMI 4K Mode (panasonic) - Sorry I can't remember the Philips setting off the top of my head

BTW @TimmyBGood  They added the HDR Tutorials & Test card around a year ago I think

Edit : Also your box must also, of course,  be HDR capable - Hardware Version 32B1xxx or 32B2xxx

P.P.S. if you have the (imo) rather naff  video which just plays a message rather than a test card you probably will need to delete it (& even go into manage & Delete forever) before getting the actual  HDR version
