Honestly I wouldn't recommend sky to anyone my my services got restricted three weeks ago I paid it the next day because I didn't realize the direct debit wasn't in my account I'm still with no TV they can't seem to reinstate my services it's been to the CRF team and everything they don't understand why they can't turn it back on when am paid upfront till June, all I keep hearing is 72 hours everyday it's disgusting how there treating me some of them even put the phone down on me, i have sky q everytime i ring they say am on stream when am not, honestly am ready to leave sky 3 weeks this has been going on and there no end in site

Did you sign up to move from Sky Q to Stream then change your mind? Have you reverted to Sky Q from Stream? These are possible reasons for the confusion. Unfortunately you won't be able to cancel whilst your services are restricted so I think you'll have to wait for the back office team to resolve the issue.

No I have never been sky stream at all and it's been over 3 weeks the CRF team have sent it back 3 times saying it's fixed when it's not, honestly this is disgusting how long this is taking
