The satellite is not work so I am not getting a signal

Hi @S+hill+1   Obviously the satellite is working or there would be several million people complaining. What is the exact message showing on your TV?

You may well need an engineer to check alignment etc.

A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.
