This is twice in 24hrs and it's a new sky a box. It's lost connection and is stuck and I can't control anything. I've done all the rebooting recommended and it's still doing. I left in plugged over night as it did it last night. I managed to reset all this morning and now it's doing it again. My sky mini box is all fine it's just my sky q box not working.
